Mind, heart and soul

Who are we? Do we really know it? Who are we when we are alone? Who are we

Who am I? Do I really know? Who am I when I’m alone? Who am I when I’m surrounded by people, friends, family, colleagues… am I the same person when I’m happy, sad, angry, anxious? Am I the same person when I don’t recognize myself in the mirror? Am I the same person when I can’t get out of bed? Or who’s the one on my brain?
Am I the same person four years ago, three months ago, two weeks ago, or maybe one day ago? Or are we in constant changes?
Change is the only thing that is permanent, we our a mix of all our personalities and we change everyday, we grow everyday and we discover something new from ourselves every know and then.
Sometimes we have one that is stronger, wiser, happier or it is just protecting us from something, from someone… Listen to them, to your body, to your mind, to your heart and your soul.

“Monstruos internos”

"Inner Monsters"

They're not really monsters, but that's what we were taught to call them. They are all those feelings and personalities that we carry inside and rarely come out. Many of us only get to know them when we have a deep self-knowledge and we are willing to know them, face them and recognize them as an important part of who we were, who we are and who we want to be; because we are beings under construction, and we have to unlearn to re-create ourselves.
